Today, acknowledge yourself for…

  1. Emptying the dishwasher.
  2. Hugging your child.
  3. Forgiving that person who cut in front of you.
  4. Deep breathing instead of yelling at someone.
  5. Allowing yourself to sleep in.
  6. Saying no when you “should have” said yes.
  7. Completing an item on your ToDo list.
  8. Resisting temptation to raid the cookie jar.
  9. Going to yoga or taking a hike today.
  10. Clipping coupons to use at the grocery store.
  11. Eating all the food on your plate.
  12. Standing up for yourself by speaking your truth, without defending.
  13. Making a list of your creative ideas.
  14. Writing five gratitude’s today.
  15. Calling that business who mistakenly overcharged you by $10.
  16. Making a healthy meal for yourself and your family.
  17. Taking a break from cooking and ordering out.
  18. Asking someone for help with something.
  19. Allowing someone to help you in their own way.
  20. Accepting that challenging project at work to stretch yourself more.
  21. Taking baby steps toward a goal or life dream.
  22. Step away from the gossip at the water cooler.
  23. Giving yourself a day of extreme self care.
  24. Completing an errand you’ve been procrastinating about.
  25. Writing a list of your lifetime accomplishments.
