I love having so many choices (and reminders). There were a few things that I wouldn’t normally think of as stress reducing but they make sense. Thanks for a great list of things I can do fairly quickly and in some cases even easily.

I enjoyed reading the list above.. Myself I enjoy going in the Sauna to relax, its my little get away, I relax and enjoy the warm heat while listening to the music. See the sauna benefits at http://www.MontrealSauna.ca

My wife and I enjoy the sauna after super at night, afterward once the shower is over, we really sleep well. Its like going to the SPA.

I love what you are doing and these 50 tips are great!

The thing that struck me was how many of these tips happen when a person sings.

That’s because singing releases endorphins big time.
