I like your acknowledgment of what got you off course. These things happen to all of us and I want you to have compassion for yourself that it happened to you.

Sometimes, when we&#039;ve been &quot;off course&quot; for a while, the tasks to get back on track seem really big and overwhelming. Yet, I want to support you to consider that all it takes for you to get back to your regular exercise is ONE STEP at a TIME. 

What is just one step you can take right now that takes you in the right direction? After that, what is another step?

Something beautiful about life is that we are always given opportunities to begin again. Today, embrace the belief that you can begin again... and then start walking in that direction.

		<description>Thanks so much for your encouraging blog post on exercise.

I would love to start exercising again. A couple of years ago, I had been doing it on a regular basis but then life intervened with some personal stresses/crises... and for some reason, I haven&#039;t been able to get back on the horse since then.

I do miss it and recognize and acknowledge all the benefits that you spell out so clearly in your blog but I don&#039;t know how to get myself to actually make it out to the gym after having been away for so long.
