It&#039;s a great reminder to get moving, even if it&#039;s just several short walks woven throughout your day.

I really try, when I can, to walk on any breaks I have during the day. It may be a walk around the corner, a walk to the bank, to get some lunch or to grab some afternoon tea.

This helps me so much to clear my head and help re-energize me.
