Coaching Tip to Create Energy

Who Wants More Energy?!

Drinking water and eating a lot of fruits and vegetables exponentially increases energy! And it’s so easy to accomplish! I do it with “easy grabs” that are always in reach. Below are some simple ways to ensure you reach your optimum energy level each day:

  • Place a pitcher of fresh water on your work table.
  • Keep a bowl stocked full of fruit near by.
  • Purchase your veggies pre-cut (I push my “easy button” and purchase a party tray each week).
  • Keep your spinach and lettuce crisp and handy with a salad spinner.
  • Each Sunday prepare a too large healthy meal and use the left overs for the upcoming week’s dinners.
  • Use all of your extra energy for fun weekend activities!

And, you do a lot each day. Why not reward yourself with a 10 minute vacation-of-your-choice each day.

Now… Ready…. Set… Go!
