Coaching Tip to Minimize Negative Self Talk

Ever find yourself saying negative statements to yourself, about yourself? Statements like “I’m such a jerk” or “I’m so stupid”?

Here’s a tip to help you shift this nasty habit. Each time you use one of these statements against yourself, append the words, “until now.” For example, “I’m such a screw up… until now”. This will shift your energy from self punishment toward creating a solution for your current situation.

Hey, great technique! as simple as it may seem, but through practice, it can turn the negative phrases and thinking into something beautiful!
