		<description>I think walking meditation can help your daily life in such a simple way- if you can adopt the habits of walking meditation, peace is only a few steps away. Each time stress is adopted into your mindset, walking meditation is literally as easy as taking a 5 minute walk.  I have been evaluating my meditation practice a great day lately and have been trying to activate my bandhas and ujjayi breath as often as possible.  I look forward to incorporating more walking meditation into my life as well. Thank you for the article!</description>
