Below are your responses to the question, “What are currently your greatest career challenges?”

  • Finding the ‘right’ job. Tired of being under-employed – although after a period of unemployment grateful to have even this job!
  • I don’t know what I want to do when I grow up! That’s my greatest challenge.
  • Not getting a raise
  • Finding a job after being unemployed for almost 10 months
  • Getting admitted to the “full” LPN program at my college in Jan. (I am #4 on the back up list if an opening arises)
  • Hmmmm, Trying to gain doctors respect for the work that I do and trying to convince them how important my work is for their patients. An ongoing battle for 12 years now!
  • Finding a suitable job. lol
  • my boss is so demanding and rude… i can’t deal with this sort of people
  • Can’t answer that till finding a new job
  • To work out if its possible to make a living in world wide web to sustain a family and your lifestyle of living.
  • Not enough hours in the day.
  • How to work from home and still have a balanced life.
  • Lack of creativity!
  • Workplace bullying
  • Finding a job and ending my unemployment.
  • Getting out of bed and going to work. That’s a toughie.
  • Getting a job first. I really would like to get into a none profit career!

  • Staying the course… My passions pull me in multiple directions. Love them all, not willing to give any of them up … so the energy tends to get diluted…or so it seems. ( maybe not, maybe I get more done because I’m so busy )

  • after staying home for many years as a stay at home mom, how do I find what I realy want to make as a career now that the kids are in school?
  • The fact that I have a fantastic working environment, great boss, great hours, tutition reimursement…but I just don’t make enough money in this position and unless I go blue collar (not what I want) the money can’t change.

Gosh, I can identify with that one myself.
Sometimes the biggest challenge can be to simply get going huh?!?!
