Nice! just considering this question makes me smile. There’s lots of ways i have fun, and they usually involve music or nature. Lately, it’s been jammin’ to music in car or doing hula hoops on the Wii fit with my teen daughter. teens just wanna’ have fun so she’s a great prompt.

I love to rock out to the Black Eyed Peas song “I Gotta’ Feeling.” How can you not believe things are absolutely wonderful while singing that song? “Tonight’s gonna’ be a good, good night…”

I try to put fun into everything i do and every year i try new things. this year’s new fun things are guitar lessons, writing, painting, Kabbalah classes & a steady yoga practice. i’m also continuing dancing and singing and a little acting with my 14 yr old daugher’s Broadway dance class & performances, and i listen to music from the 60′s all the time, ride my bike to the beach, play tennis, sing Karaoke at a local pub and dance around the house with my dog and my daughters!

Great fun list. Can I use some of these when I run out of idea’s? I like to slash in the water after a good rain. When I was a kid and we had a heavy rain and there was water running across the road we always tried to walk across the road in a straight line. Try it! You’ll find you can’t do it when the water is running pretty good.

Thanks Susan it was fun reading all the fun things.

Hi Susan,

Mud pies were fun too! Try playing in the rain now that you are older. It brings back memories and it also makes you feel like a kid again. Did you every notice that when we act like a kid again it bring new energy into ones life?

Hi Susan – GREAT question! I am all about having FUN – in essence, it’s my life motto. So FUN for me is to: Encourage others; Teach people how to become “wholehearted”, Enthusiastically coach others on their journey; laugh with old friends until my cheeks hurt and my gut feels like I’ve done 100 sit ups! – Also, holding my brand new puppy as she falls asleep. AND. . . reading your articles. They make me smile or laugh and always encourage me. THANKS for being “YOU!” You add FUN to my life as well as so many others! WHAT a blessing!
