Nice video Susan, thanks for sharing this piece of wise wisdom.
It’s so important that we stay true to ourselves and to be completely confident to stand in our own unique truths.
Unfortunately it is so easy to lose that when we are trying to “fit in” or to make an impression to be “liked”.
I have personally felt my self slip into others emotions or negativity at times. Wow that can be such a slippery slope. Negativity wants to attract more negativity, so it can be confusing at times when all you’re trying to do is be supportive. It’s a fine balance.
May we all stay true to ourselves

It sure can be easy to fall into other’s negativity. I even catch myself sometimes trying to “fit in” with the crowd.
Key is to have the awareness when we are doing such things and then being kind to ourselves in the process. There is a reason why we get triggered into hold patterns. When we can recognize that we’re doing it and then give to ourselves what we need in that moment, we can get ourselves back on track and in touch with our True Selves.
